Williams NG furnace pilot light will not stay lit

I purchased a Williams NG furnace a couple of months ago, and the pilot light goes out several times a day. It's the 30,000 BTU model Model# 3003622 available at Home Depot. I had an HVAC guy install it. Then last week I had a different HVAC guy check the millivoltage of the pilot generator, and he got a reading of 90. He said the problem is either with the pilot generator, or the wind blowing the pilot out through the outside vent. it hasn't been windy, and Williams says that it should be 140 minimum. So I explained the situation to them via email, and have asked for a replacement pilot generator.

If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

Nothing more you can do until you get the new generator which appears to be the problem.
