Will a 4T Evap. Coil w/50' Lineset suck in 21 oz R22 at 500 microns?

I'm getting pretty close to completing my 4T air handler/HP installation.

Final steps will be to connect the lineset, pressurize with N2, leak test, evac. to <500 microns and charge.

I need to add exactly 21 oz of R22 to account for my 50' lineset. (factory charge assumes 15' and they say to add .6 oz/ft over 15').

I'm just curious if all 21 oz will be sucked in while the lineset/evap. coil has been brought to 500 microns of vacuum. (ie Will this level of vacuum be enough to bring in all 21 oz. or will I need to fire up the unit and use the suction port to bring in any remaining charge?)

(I do have an accurate digital scale)

TIA

Yes . just make sure the r-22 is stored in room temp. if its cold out side/in the van. a cold r-22 can will have less pressure.
