Where to find an old boiler expansion tank?

I have an old expansion tank that needs replaced. It sits above the radiator in the bathroom. The bottom is rusted out so badly it is no longer usable. I tried fiberglass to patch it: no luck. Is there any place to find these or do I have to have one fabricated from scratch?

It's a 24"x12"x8" tank with an open top and a send and return pipe joiners on the bottom.

If you have a open system you can cap off the tank add a auto fill feeder and install a standard tank down by the boiler or diaphram tank to the system.
