Go back inside and take some pictures of the blower.
The filter will be on the intake side of it.

Second pic, the panel with the hood on it, as I recall.

This is a packed unit. The blower is inside the unit pictured.

The filter should be on a grille indoors. Either that, or as beenthere said, it will be behind that panel with the hood on it.

Yep. I didn't read the label or notice the gas pipe until after BT posted.
I mistook it for a condensing unit

You shouldn't even have to read the label to see that it's a packaged unit unless it's a commercial model or older model that is larger.

If I were an HVAC guy you would have a good point!
All I've ever done with them is wire 'em up.
(then I'll read the labels)

Behind the panel with the hood. The hood is for fresh air makeup and U can see the drain line from the evap coil which is close behind the door after the filter.

Learn something new everyday. Yeah, it was behind the hood, drain pipe held the cover on, but a little force and it opened. Filter was a 20x20x1. They are about a dollar each. Looked at the one for 20 dollars, then settled on the 97 cent one

use the 3-4 dollar Merv 7 or 8 from HDepot. It will keep the coil and blower clean better. You get what you pay for an those $1 are next to worthless IMO, if you can read the newspaper thru it then dust can get thru it easily.
