What is wrong with my AC?

I recently bought a house, which is about 9 years old. After moving in, I set the fan from AUTO to NO., but still the air blower keeps running almost all the time, no matter whether gas is burning or not. Very occasionally it stops when I set the room temperature to lower.
The AC is control by a system called Andover Home Controls. I found a text file on CD-ROM about this controller. Part of the file looks like below:

Anyone has idea if the non-stopping blower is related to this controller? I also attached a diagram

First. Turn the thermostat fan switch back to AUTO.

Then. Get a hold of who ever owned the house before you. And ask them for the operators manual for your automation system.
Or, you will have to call the manufacturer, or installing company, and ask them for all of its operating instructions.

I dont think andover is still around. Is there no display screen? If not then the previous owner had it ran to a PC. May be simpler to get a nice Tstat and sprinkler timer.

As far as the fan, its sounds like it's set up as a stage of heat or cool.

There is andover Tstat, but all I can set is temperatures for heat and cool. I even cannot change the time setting on Tstat. I dug online too, and found the same thing you attached.

I guess even if I changed Tstat, things won't change since all controls are in two andover modules (TCX843 and TCX867).
