What temp does my Heat Pump stop producing good heat or what is the threshold?

The compressor is designed for continuous operation. Its starting that does the harm to a compressor.
Trane's Snowball ran for 27 or 28 years non stop.

Not bad for a compressor that was condemned in the field as a bad compressor.
