What relay points are typically needed for a central air install?

I have a custom thermostat system I made myself years back, and I plan on getting central air. The board I use has a relay that is already designated for the AC, along with furnace, and fan. There's a spare relay as well if I need it. Will I need anything else for AC to work? Currently the AC wire just goes to the furnace and ends there unconnected. The relay closes it with the red. Is that sufficient for a tech to be able to install central air? I imagine he just has to extend those wires to the outside unit relay? Currently my system will also run the fan when in AC mode, but I can easily reprogram that if needed.

This is the controller:

Currently, red to white = furnace
red to green = fan
red to yellow = AC?

Does this look right? I want the tech to be able to hookup whatever wires would normally be standard and it working flawlessly as is and if I need to do any chances then I'll do them now.

Yep, just need it to close R to Y and R to G when it calls for A/C.
