westinghouse ac/heat inducer motor runs after heat turns off

I have a Westinghouse dual pack roof unit about 6 yrs old. model# R4GEX36K100X. I was a good unit until about a yr or so ago. Some background. Both condenser and variable speed blower motors went bad last summer. Blower was too expensive. So we replaced it with a 1/2 HP 2 speed blower. Ran new wiring with relay and timer. Kept the old wiring intact. The ac has worked great. Reason I add this note is to see if there may be a connection to my new problem. Now the heat works ok except the inducer motor stays on the entire time the furnace is on and after the heater is off that fan is still running the only way I was to turn off breaker. I have already replaced the furnace control bd. #624631. Found an original online. But it didn't solve the problem . Could the wiring have an affect on this prob. An hvac tech drew it up for me. I am an electrician. Not hvac tech. Any help is welcome (note sometimes the inducer fan will shut off properly) yesterday it cycles twice ok then third time stayed on)

one of the relays on the control board is for the ID motor.next time it is running pull the W wire off the board or disconnect it into the furnace so you know your breaking the HEAT wire from the stat see if the fan goes off...relay might be welded together within the module that R to W from the stat is the call and the ID is the first item to start in a heating cycle.test this also with no heating calling jump R to W in the furnace or the control module want to hear that ID relay clicking or no action in that jump

thanks, i tested by removing the white wire, and found that the other wiring is causing the problem, i removed white wire it stayed on, but the new control wire that was added last summer is on the same connection, i removed it and the motor turned off, we modified the unit to install a 2 speed blower last summer and remove the variable speedblower, so for some reason the low voltage side of this time is keeping the fan on, after the blower has shut down.i do have a rough drawing of the mod we did, i new on chat rooms and not sure how to attach an image.
