Wel McLain Boiler:In Need of advise

I have the Weil McLain/ P-CG-7 Model. This afternoon I had shut off the heat, to open windows around the house to air out my home. The issue is after shutting off thermostat, now boiler is not turning on. Pilot was lit, though was not firing up. I now have shut off the gas.
Any advise/assistance is appreciated

if it is a standing pilot system then you need to see what limit has tripped. With the stat calling for heat and the pilot on check for 24V at the gas valve. if you dont have 24 volt there, then check the limits to see if they tripped.

PER what the picture above, you only have a high temp limit as something that may be tripped. Ensure there is power to the boiler.

I'll agree with hvactech. I was going to say get a new thermocouple, because it's a common problem with these units, but then I saw that you said the pilot was lit.

I had talked with my oldest son this morning and he is calling his father in law to come check it out, he does this for living. I had shut down gas to boiler, cause was not sure of any gases or fumes escaping from unit with just pilot being lit. Just thankful, it does not control hot water, is just for heat, and spring weather is on its way, is bright side.
Again thank you for responding and advise.
