Hello, I noticed that there is some water that is leaking in frm the outside of the furnace flue.. I went in the furnace room yesterday and i noticed a big pile f water on the ground.

My furnace is new- we got it about a month ago..... what could it be?

when you say flue that means a chimney. Did you have an 80% furnace installed or a 9% furnace which vents with PVC pipe.

If it was an 80% than did they put a liner in the chimney? No liner= condensate water on the floor.
