Water Filled Gas Furance Not working

Hi everyone, maybe someone can help.

It's a Smith Cast Iron Boiler. Furnace stopped working this morning. Had same issue before, and worked now stopped working again.

When I turn off main switch to furnace than turn back on. The pump turns on and is working, than the pilot starts to light up(glow) and once it reaches a certain point a click goes off and light goes off(pilot dims). This cycle just keeps repeating.

I think its the gas valve is messed up not letting gas in. I made sure gas valve is in ON position and main gas pipe is on. Any ideas?
