Wall Hung Boiler issue

I have a wall hung boiler that I BELIVE has a problem with the blower or fan relay because the only way it ever shuts off is if I turn off the breaker.

This unit was installed well before I bought my condo so I am having a tough time finding out the exact model. I can say that Honeywell is listed on various parts, Hydrotherm is on the outside casing and Celtic Wall Boiler is what is named on the warranty card. From searching on the web I THINK it is a Celtic FF but, and this might because of my zero experience, the Honeywell parts are throwing me off.

If anyone can point me in the right direction to determine the actual issue before I pay a professional (assuming its a bigger job than a DIY for me) that would be great.

Thanks in advance,
Dave
