wall heater or baseboard?

I'm remodeling my 6x6 bathroom and am trying to decide on a 10x12" 1000W electric wall heater, or 30-36" long electric baseboard. I'm leaning towards the wall heater because its one less thing to take up space on the floor and it has more power than the baseboard, which at that length is only 500-750W. But it does have a fan, which could produce noise as the heater ages. Any opinions on either?

I am not a HVAC person, but the baseboard heat will eat your lunch.
