wall furnace emits slight warmth at middle/top grilles of front vent while off

Home had a new gas wall furnace installed recently (and connected to a furnace vent pipe that goes up the attic to the roof). It tested to be working, and I noticed that the furnace while off still emits slight very faint warmth at middle to top grille area of the front of the furnace. The bottom of the front and the side grilles don't emit such warmth.

You only notice this warmth by placing your hands over the grilles of the furnace casing at the middle/top in front. Otherwise, you won't really notice.

Is this normal or does it indicate potential problem? I haven't really worked with a wall furnace before.

A new wall furnace with a standing pilot???
Doesn't the front cover come off for you to take a look?
A picture would help!
