vent diverter

i bought a huge sectional that the only way it can go in my room is the way i have it set up. it is blocking the vent. i do have it off a little bit but is there a different vent or diverter or anything i can get to help the heat/ac flow better. i dont really want to have to move the vent if i dont have to.
