First off, keywords do not go over well here, this is not google, it is a DIY forum, populated with real people helping others. Patience is a virtue as well, since it will take a while for others to see your thread and respond. If you phrase your problem as a question, you'll get much faster help here.
We DO understand how having no heat can affect temperament and upset homeowners, especially if there are kids or elderly in the home. So please ask your question(s), add as many pertinent details as you can, (make and model #?) and someone will be along shortly to help if they can.

Just trying to help,

DM

Sorry i'm new to this.

I have a Utica Boiler, model UB90-175, it is a gas hot water boiler, for heat only. The purge indicator light comes on and then i have no heat. The system will run for a short amount of time after i reset the power going to the boiler.

Here is step one.
Make sure the intake and exhaust vents are clear from any blockage. If there is a high snow drift blocking the vents it could cause this issue.
The below is from the manual. and here are some links. Hope it helps.

http://www.ecrinternational.com/secu...ument/1565.pdf

BLOCKED FLUE/VENT SAFETY SHUTOFF
The Blocked Flue/Vent Safety Shutoff shuts off main burner gas in the event that the flow of combustion products
through the flue ways is reduced. In the event of blocked flue ways, enough air will not be available to support
combustion, and the Integrated Boiler Control (IBC) will lockout due to loss of proper airflow. The “PURGE” diagnostic
indicator lamp will blink indicating the failure mode as a lack of proper airflow. The IBC is reset from lockout by either
removing and reestablishing the thermostat’s call for heat , or by turning the service switch off then back on. If the
boiler cannot be restored to normal operating condition by resetting the control contact a qualified service agency to
check the flue ways for blockage.
