Was it just one this last bill that seemed high.
It could be that they misread the meter if it was just this one bill.

UPG has switched to not needing a derate kit, until you excedd 7,000 feet altitude.

Call your installing company back, and have them check it
And ask them if they installed the derate kit, if it needs one for your altitude.

it is a mobile home. If the mobile home is old then the bill will be high plain and simple. I live in 1975 mobile home single wide and i have had 300 dollar gas bills with 200 dollar electric bills. i just switched out to a heat pump system. I hope to save hundreds of dollars every month from doing this. I went to all electric no gas anymore too.
