Using existing duct for dryer and fan in basement..

I am currently finish my baseement and in the process of installing my bathroom fan and 4" ducting. I have an existing 4" duct that runs to the outside from my dryer a couple feet away from the bathroom fan.
I want to use the same ducting for the fan and dryer. I want to use a 4" "Y" and run both the dryer duct and bathroom fan duct into the main duct going out. Does anyone see any potential problems with this since it's a duct from a dyrer unit.
Thanks

Don't do it. There's a chance that the dryer exhaust is going to reenter your house through the bathroom fan.

No, against building code to do that

Failure--The dryer will blow back into your bath and fill the duct with lint--But you already heard that!
