Underfloor heating existing tile floors

I have complete access to the underside of the areas (kitchen and master bath) that I want to heat the tile floors of. I am considering either WarmWire by wattsradiant.com or StepWarmFloor by WarmFloor.com. Does anyone have any experience with either product?

Contact an electrician or electrical supplier who can attest to one brand over another. Often times they can get a better deal on a superior matt.
Be carefull not to drop any tool or tile on the matt during installation.
Even the smallest nick in the wiring can short the thermostat.

Given what I know about WarmWire, it cannot be installed from below. It has to be embedded in cement mortar going under the tile.
