65 - Humidity Display Offset - Set between -5% to 5% to recalibrate humidity sensing0=OFF (no offset)

I am trying to understand ISU 65 setting. How do I go about configuring this correctly?

the humidity offset can be set to 0 this will allow the Humidifier to shut off when the set point is reached. You can also adjust it 5% up or down this offset is to allow for a closer end humidity this is in a way like a heat anticipator

just set it at 0 to start with.

"You can also adjust it 5% up or down this offset is to allow for a closer end humidity"

What is meant by closer end humidity?
