Troubleshooting Damper Motors

Hey guys, was hoping you can help me.

To start my house has an electric furnace hot air with a York Air Conditioning system, two zones (upstairs and downstairs), and in each zone I have one motorized damper. The damper motors are Invensys (model 0483H0004FA00) and the control panel is a Robertshaw SlimZone Classic. My current problem is that the two dampers damper motors stay close all the time when the LEDs (LED #1 and LED #2) on the control are green (documentation say Damper Open). The LED #12 is flashing too (functioning properly). All seem to work except the dampers staying closed allways.

Have you a solution for me.

Thanks in advance

Use a volt meter and see if they are getting 24 volts. If they are its time to replace them.

If not, the zone panel could be worn out.
