Trouble with my furnace
i have a Lennox Wisper Heat G20Q3/4E-100. my unit wont fire up it starts the blower then the ignitor comes on with the damper door in the down position and i think i hear the gas valve inergize but the ignitor just keeps trying to fire with a pilot flame on, nothing but cold air. can someone help us please were getting very cold

Trouble with my furnace
These Curtain furnaces have had several problems with igniting. You may want to check that the unit is grounded properly to the outlet. Also try unpluging the furnace for a couple miniutes and that may reset the board if it's in a lockout mode.
