Is this Transformer correct?


Trane XE78/1000

This transformer is 16VAC 10VA output. I thought the lowest output would be 24VAC - 40VA

Depends what it is running. Its not running the furnace.

Take 1 wire off and then go outside and press your doorbell button and C if it works.

Go out side and se if your door bell works with it connected. And then check it again after removing the wire.

Interesting test. When I pressed the doorbell the Fan Motor started to running.
