Thats not a code. There are no codes on the CFM led. Were you able to check if there was power across Y and B or remove the Y & Ylo wires to see what happened.

No power across y and b during call for heat.
Here's something I noticed. If I turn the fan on manually to on, turn on the heat, it seems to work fine. CFm flashing 10 time, 1000 cfm right? well, as soon as it goes to second stage heat and tries to spin up blower, it does for about 15 seconds, CFm flashing 12 times....then it shuts off the blower.
Should I disconnect w2 on thermostat and see if it will run with just w1 connected?

Since the fan operates by itself with no problem and the problems only arise when there is a call for heat I would have to still assume it is still the board. Are the led's still lit on Y and Ylo and do the stay lit if you remove the wires from the termonals?

Y and YLo are not lit. They looked like they were lit dimly, but they weren't. I should be getting new board today.
