If you cancel it. You might want to reschedule them to come out and separate the pipes a little better. if not extend them.

Hi Beenthere,

This issue has been turned over to our HOA. They are pursuing with the builder. They believe that the original installation is a violation or poor installation of the plumbing and heating code in this county. Will let you know if this is resolved. I do not expect a quick remedy. You probably are aware of how things slow down to a crawl when local government gets involved.
