trane xr90 3 blinking red lights after filter change

I have a trane xr90 furnace and it has been warm so the furnace has not run for 3 days. Yesterday I changed the air filter and tried to restart and the furnace tries to start but the igniter is not going on so no heat. I can force the fan to blow air in the house but it is cold air. If I set the thermostat to auto (instead of on) air will not blow in the house. I took the door off, turned off the gas and power for 15 minutes with turning the gas control switch to off but that did not work. I poured water in the condensate pump and it did drain so that is working. I see that 3 blinking reds means a "pressure error" so I'm hoping that this is something simple to reset due to the new filter. Last piece of info is that I read in the users manual to use a high velocity air filter. My filter unit is a Aprilaire model 2200 and so for the past year I'm using a 3M high performance filter 1550 which reads "easily replaces collapsible filters for Aprilaire 2200" so although it doesn't specifically say it is high velocity I assume I'm ok here?

Also a separate question not quite as $527.04 an acceptable rate for a 3 year contract to give my trane furnace and AC unit a tune up each year or can I do better? This is the quote from the only certified trane tech in the area. Also, they said that they'd come out to fix the unit today, but would have to come back out on a separate visit for another charge to do the tune up this year and they can't come back for a month cause they are busy. I understand that but it seems silly to not give it a quick tune up if they are here anyway.

Find out what other companies in your area charge for a 3 year contract. prices vary a lot form one company to the next, let alone across the country.

They're probably only do emergency calls right now, not tune ups while other people have no heat.
