Trane XL1200 Crankcase Heater

My elderly parents have a 15+ year old Trane XL 1200 that the crankcase heater wires melted at its base. I removed the heater, but I am having a tough time finding a replacement for it.

The unit is a Trane TTX718B100A0.

the model number on the heater is 322-873649-16. I have found -19 while searching the web, but not the -16. The -19 is a 65W 230v.

I used to do commercial HVAC for several years, so I have experience with this work, just apparently not enough to find this part or a suitable replacement. I know I could install a belly band heater, but hoping to find a the correct OEM style replacement.

Well luckily I was able to find a Trane Supply Parts Location that let me use my old business name (since I don't do HVAC anymore).

The replacement part is HTR-3384
