trane xe80 Tud100C948H installer's maual

The blower is on high speed all thru the burn cycle. This causes the heat exchanger unable to heat up to blow hot air. Heat only Honeywell thermostat and the furnace runs thru the heat cycle as it should. How do I get the blower to go to low speed.
