trane pressure switch

I have a trane YCC gas pack, It is blinking three times on the board. When I turn on the unit at the thermostat the inducer fan comes on and the switch opens and I am getting 27 volts at the switch. I runs for a minute or so and cycles and repeats but never fires up. Got any ideas?

the switch should close with no reading of 24Vs the air pressure closes that switch "can't read voltage in series" go to ground off each screw on the pressue switch if you read 24Vs from each the switch is closed.......jump the switch if the ID is runnig see if you get the cycle of heat consant switch might be bouncing check the tube from the motor discharge for water moisture

The squirrel cage on package units tends to rust and fall apart with age.
Do you feel air blowing out of the vent? (highlighted red in the picture)

thanks for the good words, I'll check the switch again this morning. The fan is good, I replaced it 2 years ago and is blowing fine.
