Me and my Dad removed a 3 ton air handler and condensor Trane 2 stage inside and out 2007 from his home and put it in my house. We hooked up everything the same but the board lights in the air handler won't turn on and the unit is acting dead???? I changed the board inside the transformer is getting 230v and putting out 26 volts all connections look tight but still won't turn on? It was blowing cold at his home. Can this be due to the TCONT 802 digital t stat anyone have the wiring diagram for this?? I have never seen anything like this before please help desperate woman here in New Orleans.

What you can do is turn the breaker to the air handler off, from the thermostat remove the wires from the R and the G terminals or the R and the Y terminals ar even the R and the W1 terminals, twist them together (one set at a time using the R as the constant such as r and G), flip the breaker back on and see if the unit runs.

R and G = fan on only )inside blower)

R and Y = cooling so the outside should come on as well as the inside blower

R and W = heat, no outside.

I just tested the red wires at the thermostat and no 24 volts the lights to the board still don't come on. I do have 26 volts on the otherside of the transformer. I also chaged out the condensor board and still nothing. I just went through cut all the wires to the ltv board and redid them to the specs in the diagram and still not working. I am about to cry> Should I still try to twist the stat wires together?

Adrien, thanks for the pics, unfortunately there is not much more we can do over the internet for you. It may be time to call in a pro... :(
I think you are right I just had a tech look at it and he said he can't figure it out either. He wasn't trane cerified though. Look like I have to get a trane tech and pull out the big bucks. Thanks for all your help guys.:)
