I changed the fuse inside the air handler not sure if it was blown. It was solid white and so was the new one I installed.

white? is it an automotive style fuse or a round glass type fuse but white? If it is automotive, it is wrong. It should be a 3 or 5 amp and should be pink or brown. What is the voltage between R and C @ the LVTB?
