Me and my Dad removed a 3 ton air handler and condensor Trane 2 stage inside and out 2007 from his home and put it in my house. We hooked up everything the same but the board lights in the air handler won't turn on and the unit is acting dead???? I changed the board inside the transformer is getting 230v and putting out 26 volts all connections look tight but still won't turn on? It was blowing cold at his home. Can this be due to the TCONT 802 digital t stat anyone have the wiring diagram for this?? I have never seen anything like this before please help desperate woman here in New Orleans.
AIR HANDLER MODEL#2TEE3F37A1000AA
CONDENSOR MODEL# 2TT29036B1000BA
HAVE INSTALLED A NEW BOARD IN AIR HANDLER CHECKED BREAKER AND GETTIG 230 VOLTS COMING INTO UNIT
CHANGED TRANSFORMER IT HAS 230 VOLTS GOINT IN 23 VOTS COMING OUT
CHANGED CONTACT ALSO INSIDE AIR HANDLER.
ON CONDENSOR PUSED IN CONTACT AND BOTH COMPRESSORS KICK ON STAGE 1 AND 2 NOT AT SAME TIME BUT WHEN PRESSING EACH CONTACT.
ONLY THING I AM NOT SURE ABOUT IS T STAT I HAVE 3 OF THEM AND THE FACES COME OFF I HAVE PLUGED ALL IN THOUGH AND THE UNIT BOARD LIGHTS STILL DON'T COME ON.
I ALSO VERIFED THE T STAT TCONT 802 is set to the rigt cycle electric heat and 2 stage heat and 2 stage cool.

I admire a woman who can take on projects like you're trying right now, much better than pics in a bikini.
white? is it an automotive style fuse or a round glass type fuse but white? If it is automotive, it is wrong. It should be a 3 or 5 amp and should be pink or brown. What is the voltage between R and C @ the LVTB?

You need a digital meter, check across both wires/connectors for 24 volts.
Or if you remove the stat cover you can check there as well, across R and C or R and any of the other terminals. R will be the 24 volts coming from the control board in the furnace. If it's there than it's good at the board.
The furnace door switch needs to be in to provide power to the board which in turn provides power everywhere else, so have the doors on.
It has electric heat so no switch. I didn't see c on the t stat. There is r and rc is this what to check for 24 volts?
