Trane hvac warranty question

Hi everyone, I am new to posting on here so I have a few questions:

1. If I have a friend who installs commercial HVAC put in my home system will it be covered under the TRANE warranty?

2. I currently live in the Northeast and have a 12 SEER AC unit and an 80% propane furnace, how much will I save by switching to a Hybrid Heat Pump System

3. What is a fair price estimate for a 4 ton system to be installed?

4. Are there any TRANE rebates right now?

1.1 gal of propane = 29 kwh of elec heat = 8.4 kwh of heat pump heat (COP = 3.5).
