tough decision need help choosing boiler

I just bought my first house, a two fam in North NJ. I am renovating the second floor (upstairs). Its about 600 sq ft, two bedroom one bath. I just sized it up for baseboard heat and already started running it. There is about 50' of baseboard (heating element) and according to the calculation I should only need 30,000 BTU's for that. I don't want to vent through the chimney. I was looking at direct vent units and found that I have a few options. First was the traditional boiler and hot water heater.
But now the local plumbing supply is recomending the Ambassador wall mount combination gas heater. Its a boiler and hot water heater in one. I need to make a decision very soon so I can finish this project and get tenants in. It seems to be rated for what I need, its on the wall out of the way... I just cant find anyone with experience with these. Any insight will help me out a lot thanks. -Ray

Not familar with that unit.
Double check its hot water rating.
You don't want tenants complaining they can't take a hot shower when the heat is running.

They have 2 models. The hot water ratings are as follows: Gal/Min (60 degrees) = 2.5 and for 75 degrees its 2.0. The other model is 2.6 and 2.1 and these ratings are for continuous flow. Not sure exactly how to interpret that but its supplying one kitchen sink and one full bath. There couldn't be less to supply hot water to. Yet I'm wondering how it will do on the coldest days while the heat is cranking.
I still can't find anyone who has any knowlege of these, I don't want to be the guinea pig. Thanks for the reply.

You should probably use a staorage tank with either one of them.
