Titan heater service

I have an in floor heating system with an electric Titan heater. Its a small unit. I can't seem to find the company or service people that support it. It has a sticker on it that voids warranty if I take it off so I don't want to look at it myself.

The lights seem to come on but it never heats up. Tried messing with thermostat and sensor and no luck. Pump seems to be working fine.

Titan heater service

I have no problem finding someone to sell me a new one, but trying to find anyone who will come out and assess what's wrong with mine is what I'm looking for. I was hoping to get any direct leads from this site versus searching through 85,000 google search results.
