Three zone heat oil boiler

Hello, i have three zone oil burning boiler my top and bottom zones will not fire up the boiler.... Not sure if i just have two bad thermostats but if not is there any thing i can do to reset everything or to fix this...i was thinking of hitting the reset switch on the boiler but not sure .... But zone 2 works fires it up without any problems.... Any suggestions
