Thermostat wiring


Hard start kits don't use a time delay relay.

Some us a PTR, others use a potential relay. Potential is the better way.

Thermostat wiring


Woo Hoo hard start kit worked! no dimming and start up noise seems reduced as well. Thanks everybody! Marty nailed it...Long live diychatroom.com!
