That apparent. Now you should set up the stat. Being that it is a heat pump the stat needs to know this so that the function of O can be used for the reversing valve. Different programming for a Heat pump, gas furnace and so on. If you haven't configured the stat please do so.

Guys is there anywhere i can go on the web to a conversion diagram from my old stat to the new one. its getting pretty chili in here and we are expecting snow in the am

Guys the heat pump set up was the ticket. did the programing and everything kicked on . can't thank you guys enough
