thermostat questions


I am changing a White-Rogers 1F79 thermostat to a Hunter 4299b and the wiring does not match what do I do?

Take the Hunter back to the store and get a Honeywell. Helps also to post a picture of the wiring on the current thermostat.

thermostat questions


Well, dropping back 6 yards and punting is good start.

Which would include posting brand and model n umber of your furnace, A/C or heat pump. Along with what wires are connected where on the WR stat.
