Thermostat issue

Model: Lux TX9000TS

Last night at midnight I woke ip to override the temp. The display unit shut off and then turned back on after 30 sec. When it came back in the override temp was set at 45 degrees! It would not allow me to change it....period. After an hour tried again and it allowed me to change the temp. Today I changed the battery. Other than that should I be worried?

Thermostat issue

If it happens again with new batteries, then worry.
