Thermostat clock runs fast
We have a Totaline P474-1050 thermostat in our condo unit and noticed the clock runs like it's on crack. The minutes change after 60 flashes of the colon, but it's considerably faster than 60 seconds, hence the clock will be hours off after several hours.
We don't currently use the timed functions of the thermostat, so in that regard this is minor, but hope this isn't indicative of something worse than just a fast clock… Your thoughts? |

Thermostat clock runs fast
There may be a little adjustment wheel somewhere marked with a + and a -. Turn it toward the -.
This is assuming the clock is crystal-controlled rather than using the 60.000 Hz as a timing pulse. |
