This is a DIY site but an 11 month old system should be under warranty, including labor. My advice is call the installing company and have them diagnose and fix the problem.
Call another hvac company and see if they can help you. Hunt down the phone number for the make of your equipment and tell them yourself what's happening although at this point it is not 100% known that it's the equipment's fault. It could very well have an installer leak and is low on refrigerant but not low enough just yet to freeze up. That would mean you're going to have to hire a company to come out and diagnose and repair it.
Hopefully the installing company registered that system when he installed it so it's recorded. The supply house he bought it from has the date of sale and the company on file so again, you can call another hvac contractor and ask him which supply house sells your brand and ask if he can help you. If he does, hire him.
Good luck.
