Tempstar Air Conditioner

I have a Tempstar Air Conditioner and the fans are not moving. I have turned the air condtioner unit off. Any suggestions on how to fix this situation?

Tempstar Air Conditioner

Need to find out why the motor's not working first. Capacitor read what it's rated at? Have 240 volts going to the motor? Have a little speed control circuit board outside not sending one leg of power to the motor?
