temp settings for hi/low/limit switch?

I have a recently installed Newmac wood/oil forced air furnace that I am still trying to dial in. Just wondering, what should the approximate settings on the fan switch be? right now the low is 100*, hi is 150* and limit is 230*.

out of the crate it was set at 110* low and 130* hi, and the blower was running in REALLY short cycles, like 30 sec on 1 min off.
