T, TV, and Z on aquastat

I can't find a model number written anywhere on my aquastat but it appears very similiar to the Honeywell L8148E model except there is no W terminal. Across the top of mine is T, TV, and Z terminals. Does anyone know what these stand for and what they are used for? I believe the red and white wires from the thermostat are supposed to connect to T and TV but not sure if it matters which goes to T and which goes to TV? I appreciate any input!

Thanks,
Ryan
