T-stat & pump relay

I'm wiring an Uponor 501s t-stat to a Taco 501 pump relay. That T-stat has 4 connections C - R and 2 connectors labeled "Heat 5 and 6" (TT). The pump relay has 3 connections R - W and Com. If I'm reading the instructions correctly, I will connect
Com to C
R to R
R to "Heat 1"
W to Heat 2"

Does this sound right?
