System off. Air blasting through vents!

I live in NC. right now we are having some unseasonably warm weather so I haven't had my heating/ac unit on at all. But I do have an unusual amount of air coming up through my floor vents. My heating and AC units are outside the house. The house is a one story 1986 1200 square foot house with crawl space below the house. Even with the entire unit off, it sounds and feels like air is being blasted into my house. I have the majority of my floor vents closed. The return filter was changed a few weeks ago. I have no idea what is causing this. Anybody have any ideas of what is causing this? Thanks

Go outside and check if the blower is running. If it's not then get in the crawl space and look for broken ducts.
