Straight AC will not come on

I am working with a 15 year old Carrier weathermaker 8000 2 speed straight AC unit with an A Coil just above the furnace. This unit typically come on automatically every spring when I switch the thermostat to COOL. This spring, it will not come on. After ensuring the batteries in the thermostat were good, I found no juice to the thermostat. After resetting the circuit breaker I found juice coming a switch mounted on the side of the weathermaker. However, this is the switch I use to turn the furnace on and off at the unit so i'm not sure its even connected to the AC.

Where might I find the juice going to the AC and A Coil so I can check that?

What wire would I check if I confirm there is juice going to the AC unit?
