Steam heat Boiler burns, steam doesn't travel?

I checked the circulator, it's an Armstrong S-25 BF. It's still on the market and it's easy to find the parts.

I double checked the springs, actually none of them comes off (still all hooked up the the holes, but the middle part(where all 4 springs are connecting to the middle piece as the "diameter" metal of the coupler) is very loose. When the "diameter" is in vertical position, it falls all the way down, and I can rise it up very easily with a small stick. When it's in horizontal position, I can move it freely left and right. The middle "diameter" is still connecting all the springs, since when I rise it up, the bottom tip of the "diameter" and the two springs are also rising.

The next step for me is to figure out how to replace it...It's a piece of cake for you guys, but for newbie like me...any instruction would be appreciated.

Should be 4 bolts holding the motor to the bearing assembly. And then an allen screw holding the coupling to the motor shaft and bearing assembly shaft.

Steam heat Boiler burns, steam doesn't travel?

I took off the motor and the coupler seems in great condition. Finally, I figured out it was the water valve above the circulator went bad,(It was stocked in the close position and can't turn.) We unscrewed it then put it back, and it's opened position. It works now. The radiators have heat now.

Thanks very much for all your help!!!

Hmmm. I thought I said to check that earlier.
