steam boiler

My steam heat boiler is not making heat come up fast enough to radiators and when the radiators start feeling warm they never get fully hot. Only a small portion of the radiator will get hot. This only started happening about a week ago. I went to look at the boiler and i noticed the pressure gague never moves off 0. The boiler doesn't also doesnt seem to be as loud when the water is boiling. I was thinking maybe it could be the gas valve went bad and not creating enough fire. So i increased the pressure on the gas valve but i dont see any difference. Then i incresed the inlet and outlet but no difference. So then i then decressed everything and still didnt see any change. Now since i see no pressure on the gage and it doesn't seem as if any any changes occur with the fire when i decrease or increase the pressure on the gas valve, does that mean the gas valve could be busted.
PS i already checked the pressure valves on the radiators and on the main and they are fine.

steam boiler

steam is a dangerous source of heat if not properly maintained........I know this is not what you want to hear, but its the right thing to say............get a pro to look at it, or risk being at the least seriously burned and possibly blown into tiny pieces.
