start furnace without igniter???

My igniter went out and I'm wondering if I can start the furnace without it for the night.
I have a Bryant furnace. If I could start it and let it run for a while, it would warm the house for the night.
What do you think??? Is it possible?

NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO

If you need heat for the night call a 24 hour service tech. Otherwise we might see you on the 5o'clock news.

I REPEAT NNNNNNOOOOOOOOO

most service techs carry the ignitors in thier truck
